- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 package (envelope) onion soup mix
- 1/2 cup red wine
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 3 dashes worcestershire sauce
- 1 tablespoon garlic powder
- - salt and pepper
How To Make slow cooker beef roast

Step 1Heat oil in pan

Step 2Salt and pepper the roast

Step 3Sear over high heat on both sides, to seal in juices

Step 4Remove from pan and place in slow cooker

Step 5Sprinkle the garlic powder over roast

Step 6Mix together the cream of mushroom soup, onion soup mix, red wine, and worcestershire sauce

Step 7Cover and cook on low 6-8 hours or high 4-6 hours
