Ingredients

  • 4 pounds beef brisket, or rump roast
  • 1 cup water
  • 18 ounces barbecue sauce
  • 8 ounces dr. pepper
  • 1 teaspoon hot sauce
  • 2 teaspoons worcestershire sauce
  • 1 teaspoon mustard

How To Make slow cooker barbecue

  • Step 1
    Combine the roast and one cup water in the slow cooker and cook on low for 6-8 hours,or when roast shreds easily.
  • Step 2
    Remove roast and dicard water, shred beef and return to slow cooker.
  • Step 3
    Add remaing ingredients and cook on low for another 1-2 hours. Serve on buns.
