Ingredients
- 3 pounds boneless beef sirloin tip roast, cut into chunks
- 3 - celery ribs, chopped
- 1 large onion, chopped
- 1 medium green pepper, chopped (optional)
- 1/4 cup cider vinegar
- 3 tablespoons chili powder
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon ground mustard
- 1 cup tomato ketchup
- 6 ounces tomato paste
- 1/2 cup brown sugar, packed
- 2 tablespoons molasses
- 2 teaspoons salt
- 2 teaspoons worcestershire sauce
How To Make slow cooker barbecue beef

Step 1Put meat in 5 qt. slow cooker; add celery, onion, and green pepper.

Step 2In a bowl, combine all ingredients that are remaining. Mix well. Pour over beef.

Step 3Cook on LOW for 8-9 hours or until tender.

Step 4Skim fat from juices, if necessary. Shred beef and serve on buns.
