Slow Cooker Crock Pot

Ingredients

  • 3/4 c
    flour
  • 1 tsp
    pepper
  • 1/4 tsp
    salt
  • 2-1/2 lb
    beef round steak
  • 2 Tbsp
    butter
  • 1 can(s)
    cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 can(s)
    cream of celery soup
  • 1-1/3 c
    water
  • 1/2 c
    onions, chopped
  • 1 tsp
    garlic, minced
  • 1 can(s)
    beef broth

How to Make Slow Cooked Swiss Steak

Step-by-Step

  1. Combine flour, salt and pepper. Cut steak into 6 serving-size pieces; dredge in flour mixture.
  2. In skillet, brown steak in butter. Transfer to a slow cooker.
  3. Combine the remaining ingredients; pour over steak. Cover and cook on low for 8-9 hours.
