Ingredients
- 3/4 cup flour
- 1 teaspoon pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 2-1/2 pound beef round steak
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 can cream of celery soup
- 1-1/3 cup water
- 1/2 cup onions, chopped
- 1 teaspoon garlic, minced
- 1 can beef broth
How To Make slow cooked swiss steak

Step 1Combine flour, salt and pepper. Cut steak into 6 serving-size pieces; dredge in flour mixture.

Step 2In skillet, brown steak in butter. Transfer to a slow cooker.

Step 3Combine the remaining ingredients; pour over steak. Cover and cook on low for 8-9 hours.
