How to Make Slow Cooked Steak with Red Wine Gravy
- In a bowl, mix soup & wine together. It will make a lumpy purple looking mess. That's exactly what you want.
- Add minced garlic. I use the precut garlic that you can get in your produce section.
- Layer your steaks in the bottom of your slow cooker. Pour the soup/wine mixture over the top.
- Cook on low for 8 hours. When you stir the mixture, the steaks will break apart in the gravy. Serve with mashed potatoes (I use the steam and mash from the freezer section) and a veggie side.
