Slow-Cooked Pepper Steak

Tammy Raynes

A slow-cooker is perfect to use for less tender meats such as round steak. Because the meat is cooked in liquid for hours, it turns out tender and juicy.

Trim as much visible fat from meat before placing in the slow cooker to avoid greasy gravy.

This is perfect for those busy moms and wives that work all day. Put this on to cook before work and let it do the work for you.
