Ingredients

  • 1 - 4 pound corned beef brisket w/ seaoning packet
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 1/4 cup grain mustard

How To Make slow-cooked corned beef w/ honey mustard sauce

  • Step 1
    Rinse corned beef, pat dry. Place beef in slow-cooker. Add seasoning packet, cover beef w/ water. Cook on low for 8 hrs.
  • Step 2
    Set oven to broil. Trim away any fat from beef. Place beef on a broiler pan. In bowl, whisk together honey and mustard. Pour mix over beef.
  • Step 3
    Broil 5-7 mins, or until glaze begins to caramelize.
