14 pound corned beef brisket w/ seaoning packet

1/4 choney
-
1/4 cgrain mustard
How to Make Slow-cooked corned beef w/ honey mustard sauce
- Rinse corned beef, pat dry. Place beef in slow-cooker. Add seasoning packet, cover beef w/ water. Cook on low for 8 hrs.
- Set oven to broil. Trim away any fat from beef. Place beef on a broiler pan. In bowl, whisk together honey and mustard. Pour mix over beef.
- Broil 5-7 mins, or until glaze begins to caramelize.
