Ingredients

  • 2 pounds ground chuck
  • 2 medium onions, chopped
  • 2 - green peppers, chopped
  • 28 ounces tomatoes
  • 8 ounces tomato sauce
  • 1 cup water
  • 2.5 teaspoons chili powder
  • 2.5 teaspoons salt
  • 2 teaspoons worcestershire sauce
  • 2 cups rice, converted

How To Make slow cook spanish rice

  • Step 1
    Brown beef in skillet and drain off fat.
  • Step 2
    Put all ingredients in slow cooker.
  • Step 3
    Stir thoroughly.
  • Step 4
    Cover and cook on low 6 to 8 hours (high: 3 hours).
