1peel and chop onion. Chopped celery.. Set skillet temperature at 400, electric skillet. Put in butter. When butter has melted, add onion, celery, and beef. Cook, stirring with fork to break up meat and till meat is no longer pink.
2Reduce skillet temperature setting to 325. Add sugar, vinegar, chili sauce and Worcestershire and stir until blended. Continue cooking until mixture thickens, about 10 minutes. Add diced cheese and cook only until cheese begins to melt. Spoon over heated buns. Serves six.
