Every now and then, I love to make my own SLOPPY JOES.

Ground beef and a few ingredients, a little heat and buns, and a few chips, you have a good comfort meal.

Ingredients

  • 1 lb
    ground beef
  • 1 medium
    onion, finely chopped
  • 1/2 c
    catsup
  • 1 can(s)
    (6-oz) tomato pasta
  • 3 Tbsp
    cider vinegar
  • 2 Tbsp
    water
  • 1 Tbsp
    brown sugar
  • 1 Tbsp
    dry mustard
  • 1 Tbsp
    worcestershire sauce
  • 1/4 tsp
    salt
  • ·
    hamburger buns

How to Make SLOPPY JOES--UMMMMM

Step-by-Step

  1. Get all ingredients together, except the ground beef, onion and buns. Measure all the ingredients and put in a bowl and set aside.
  2. In a large skillet, over medium-high heat, cook the ground beef and onion until meat is browned. Drain.
  3. Stir in the bowl of ingredients, and turn heat to medium, heat until sauce is thick and ground beef comes together. Pour into bowl. Serve on hamburger buns and chips on side. Enjoy!!!
