Ingredients
- 2 slices italian bread
- 2 tablespoons shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 tablespoon butter
- - a couple potato chips
- 1/4 cup sloppy joe mix
How To Make sloppy joe grilled cheese

Step 1Add 1/2 the shredded cheddar cheese onto 1 slice of Italian bread. Top with sloppy joe mix, then potato chips.

Step 2Add the remaining shredded cheddar cheese. Add the top piece of Italian bread.

Step 3Butter both sides of bread. Place sandwich on griddle, low heat. Now, take a straw and poke holes all over top of bread to let the cheese ooze out, flip and do same on other side. Cook until sandwich is golden brown. It should take about 7 minutes each side. 11 points
