Ingredients
- 2 pounds ground beef
- 4 cloves garlic finely chopped
- 1 - onion finely chopped
- - bacon
- - lettuce
- 1 - purple onion
- 1/2 cup mayo
- 3 tablespoons horseradish
- 2 tablespoons sour cream
- - provolone or swiss cheese
- - dinner rolls sliced
- - salt
How To Make sliders with horseradish mayo

Step 1at least an hour ahead chop garlic and onions mix into ground beef and make slider size patties. season with seasoning salt. cover with plastic wrap and put into refridgerator.

Step 2mix mayo, horseradish and sour cream add salt.

Step 3cook bacon.

Step 4when ready to cook burgers. brown each side of burger on stove top grill, griddle or skillet. put in oven on 350-400 depending on oven.

Step 5when burger is done. take burgers out of oven, turn oven off, put cheese and bacon on burgers and put back into oven until it melts. oven should still be warm.

Step 6put burgers together.
