Ingredients
- 1 pound extra lean ground beef
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/8 teaspoon pepper
- 1 cup whole kernel corn, drained
- 1 - onion, sliced in whole slices
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 2 cups diced tomatoes
How To Make skillet meal

Step 1Cook the ground beef, salt and pepper until beef is crumbled and brown. Stir frequently. Drain off any fat.

Step 2Cover meat with corn, and top the corn with the whole onion slices. Sprinkle the onion with the other 1/2 tsp. salt.

Step 3Add the tomatoes. DO NOT STIR! Leave vegetables in layers over the meat. Cook and simmer covered for 20-30 minutes, until the onions are transluscent. Serve from the skillet.
