1 tspdried marjoram

1 tspdried rosemary, crushed

2 lbsirloin steak in 1 1/2 - inch cubes

24large, whole, fresh mushrooms
How to Make Skewered Steak & Mushrooms
- Mix wine with Worcestershire sauce, garlic, oil, and seasonings. Marinate steak and mushrooms in wine mixture overnight and next day. Alternate meat and mushrooms on skewers. Grill or broil - turn on all sides while frequently basting with remaining marinade.
