I tried this recipe at Byerly's and loved it. The lady preparing was really sweet and shared there recipe with me. The Fruit Flavored BBQ Sauces can be found at Byerly's.
You can easily swap out sauces, and even meats for this recipe. They're all delicious.
Try Chicken and Kiwi Sauce, Mango with Brussel Sprouts, or Zucchini with Banana.

Ingredients

  • 1 lb
    ground beef, 80%
  • 8-16 oz
    chunky tomato sauce
  • 6 oz
    sister chris' fruit flavored bbg sauce (kiwi)
  • 2 Tbsp
    chopped onion
  • 1 Tbsp
    white mushrooms (canned or fresh)
  • ·
    garlic, salt and pepper to taste
  • 16 oz
    angel hair pasta
  • 2 Tbsp
    green peppers, chopped

How to Make Sister Chris' Kiwi Spaghetti

Step-by-Step

  1. Prepare pasta as directed. Rince in cool water and strain.
  2. Cook ground beef, drain. Add onions, green pepper, mushrooms and seasonings and brown.
  3. Add tomato sauce and BBQ sauce and cook five minutes while stirring.
  4. Add cooked pasta to sauce. Serve warm.
