Ingredients

  • 2 pounds sirloin tip roast
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • 6 cloves garlic (minced fine)
  • 1/4 cup ketchup
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1/4 cup worcestershire sauce
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground red pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon each: salt and pepper

How To Make sirloin tips

  • Step 1
    Coat large skillet with olive oil. Cut meat into small triangular pieces, put into skillet and brown on all sides over medium heat.
  • Step 2
    Add remaining ingredients, stir together well. Reduce heat to low, simmer with lid on skillet until meat is tender.
  • Step 3
    Serve over egg noodles or rice. *** If you like more gravy, add a brown gravy mix as directed on package during the last 5 minutes of cooking.
