This is SO easy and my family loves it! This can be prepared the day before and heated on stove top at low temp.

Ingredients
- 1/2 cup minced onion
- 1/4 cup butter
- 4 ounces sliced mushrooms, drained
- 2 or 3 pounds boneless beef sirloin
- 1 can (10 3/4 oz) cream of chicken soup
- 1 can (10 3/4 oz) beef broth
- 1/3 cup flour
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon paprika
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 8 ounces sour cream
- - fresh parsley, minced
- 16 ounces noodles, cooked
How To Make sirloin stroganoff

Step 1Sauté onion in butter 3 to 5 minutes or until transparent; stir in mushrooms.

Step 2Add beef and cook until browned. (Allow to simmer 30 minutes at low heat for very tender meat)

Step 3Add cream of chicken soup, beef broth, flour, salt, paprika, pepper to Beef mixture, stirring well. Reduce heat; simmer 10 to 12 minutes.

Step 4Remove from heat and stir in sour cream; cook over low heat just until thoroughly heated.

Step 5Sprinkle with parsley and serve over hot cooked noodles.
