This is SO easy and my family loves it!
This can be prepared the day before and heated on stove top at low temp.

Ingredients

minced onion
1/4 c
butter
4 oz
sliced mushrooms, drained
2 or 3 lb
boneless beef sirloin
1 can(s)
(10 3/4 oz) cream of chicken soup
1 can(s)
(10 3/4 oz) beef broth
1/3 c
flour
1/2 tsp
salt
1/2 tsp
paprika
1/4 tsp
pepper
8 oz
sour cream
fresh parsley, minced
16 oz
noodles, cooked

How to Make Sirloin Stroganoff

Step-by-Step

  • 1Sauté onion in butter 3 to 5 minutes or until transparent; stir in mushrooms.
  • 2Add beef and cook until browned. (Allow to simmer 30 minutes at low heat for very tender meat)
  • 3Add cream of chicken soup, beef broth, flour, salt, paprika, pepper to Beef mixture, stirring well. Reduce heat; simmer 10 to 12 minutes.
  • 4Remove from heat and stir in sour cream; cook over low heat just until thoroughly heated.
  • 5Sprinkle with parsley and serve over hot cooked noodles.
