- 2 pounds ground beef
- 1 tablespoon worcestershire sauce
- 1 tablespoon garlic powder
- 1/2 cup bread crumbs
- 1 - egg, slightly beaten
- 1/2 package onion soup mix
- 1 package brown gravy
- 1 1/2 cups water
How To Make simple salisbury steak

Step 1Combine all ingredients in a large bowl, mix gently

Step 2make oval shaped patties and make indents with knife criss cross wise.

Step 3Brown in Butter 2 mins each side...should make about 6 patties.

Step 4take out and rest.

Step 5add the onion mix and brown gravy powder to pan and add in the water....whisk until thickened....add back the patties and simmer 20 mins.
