  • 2 lb
    ground beef
  • 1 Tbsp
    worcestershire sauce
  • 1 Tbsp
    yellow mustard
  • 1 Tbsp
    garlic powder
  • 1 Tbsp
    beef bouillon
  • 1 tsp
    black pepper
  • 1/2 c
    panko bread crumbs, seasoned
  • 1
    egg, slightly beaten
  • 1 Tbsp
  • 1/2 pkg
    onion soup mix
  • 1 pkg
    brown gravy
  • 1 1/2 c

How to Make Simple Salisbury Steak


  1. Combine all ingredients in a large bowl, mix gently
  2. make oval shaped patties and make indents with knife criss cross wise.
  3. Brown in Butter 2 mins each side...should make about 6 patties.
  4. take out and rest.
  5. add the onion mix and brown gravy powder to pan and add in the water....whisk until thickened....add back the patties and simmer 20 mins.
