simple mexican casserole
We like Mexican, Tex Mex and many different kinds of foods at my house. My husband makes this sometimes when I'm subbing. It is easy and when I come home from school it is ready! He creates as he is cooking but most of the time the recipe always comes out to be a winner!

Ingredients
- 1 1/2 pounds ground chuck
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1 package shredded mexican cheese
- 1/2 package corn tortilla chips
- 1 can rotel tomatoes
- 1/2 - onion to taste
- - taco seasoning package
How To Make simple mexican casserole

Step 1Brown meat in skillet, meanwhile in a large bowl combine all the soups, Rotel tomatoes. In a large casserole dish sprayed with non-stick spray spread 1/2 the bag of tortilla chips aroung the bottom. When meat is ready drain it. Stir in the soups and the remainder just pour over it.

Step 2Bake 30-45 minutes 350 degrees. If you have chips left use the rest of it for dipping. Super easy!
