simple crock pot beef stew
This is a basic recipe. I use canned vegetables but you can you fresh ones if you desire. I always use a liner in my crock pot for easy leftover storage and clean up, lift liner out of crock pot and into a storage container then wipe out crock pot if needed and put away. It's that easy! My family loves this and always has seconds!

Ingredients
- 3 packages mccormick - slow cooker - hearty beef stew seasoning
- 2 pounds stew beef
- 2 cans whole new potato's
- 2 cans green beans
- 1 can corn
- 1 can carrots
How To Make simple crock pot beef stew

Step 1Mix 1 packet of seasoning per directions on the packet. Pour into crock pot. Turn crock pot on high heat.

Step 2Cut excess fat from stew beef pieces and make pieces smaller if needed. Place in crock pot.

Step 3Drain 3 cans of vegetables and add to crock pot.

Step 4Mix 2nd packet of seasoning per directions on the packet. Pour into crock pot.

Step 5Drain last 3 cans of vegetables and add to crock pot.

Step 6Mix 3rd packet of seasoning per directions on the packet. Pour into crock pot.

Step 7Cook on high for 8 hrs.
