Ingredients
- 2 pounds round steak
- 1/2 cup flour
- - salt and pepper, to taste
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 3 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 cups crushed tomatoes
- 1/4 teaspoon dry mustard
- 1 teaspoon oregano
- 1 teaspoon garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon parsley, chopped
How To Make savory sicilian steak

Step 1Cut steak into serving pieces and pound thin. Mix flour, onion powder and salt and pepper, to taste. Dredge meat in flour mixture,

Step 2Brown the meat with oil in large skillet. Pour off any excess liquid and add tomatoes, oregano, mustard, garlic and parsley. Cover and simmer about 1 hour.
