How to Make Sichuan Dan Dan Noodles
- Watch the video!
- Start with the sauce.
- In a small amt. of oil, stir fry the meat with garlic. Add soy sauce for color.
- While frying the meat, cook noodles in 6 C of water.
- When the noodles are nearly done, add greens.
Drain noodles and greens thoroughly. - Build dish:
a. Sauce on bottom
b. Noodles and greens
c. Meat mixture
d. Garnish with chopped cilantro and fried peanuts.
