- 6 ounces ground beef or pork
- 8 ounces thin chinese noodles or ramen
- 1 large scallion
- 1 bunch cilantro, fresh
- 1 bunch leafy greens (spinach, pea shoots...etc)
- SAUCE
- 1 1/2 tablespoons chinese dark soy sauce
- 1/2 teaspoon chicken bullion powder or salt
- 1 teaspoon chinese vinegar
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- 1 1/2 teaspoons chinese pepper powder
- 1/2 teaspoon chinese sesame paste
- 2 tablespoons hot oil

How To Make sichuan dan dan noodles

Step 1Watch the video!

Step 2Start with the sauce.

Step 3In a small amt. of oil, stir fry the meat with garlic. Add soy sauce for color.

Step 4While frying the meat, cook noodles in 6 C of water.

Step 5When the noodles are nearly done, add greens. Drain noodles and greens thoroughly.

Step 6Build dish: a. Sauce on bottom b. Noodles and greens c. Meat mixture d. Garnish with chopped cilantro and fried peanuts.
