Ingredients
- 3-4 pounds boneless chuck roast
- 1/4-1/2 cup water
- 1 package mccormick's swiss steak seasoning
- 1 stick butter
- 1 pound mushrooms, fresh or canned
How To Make shredded pot roast

Step 1Wash and place meat in crock pot(thawed or frozen).

Step 2Pour water over roast.

Step 3Put dry seasoning over roast.

Step 4Cover and cook on high for 5-9 hours or until fork tender.

Step 5When roast in done, remove from crock pot.

Step 6Put butter and mushrooms in broth.

Step 7Pull fat off roast and discard.

Step 8Use two forks to shred the roast.

Step 9Mix broth, buter, mushrooms and roast in crock pot.

Step 10Heat and serve.
