Easy to make but it does take some time to make because it is slow cooked in a crockpot. It is delicious and easy!

  • 1 tsp
  • 1 tsp
  • 1 tsp
  • 1 tsp
    onion powder
  • 1 tsp
    garlic powder
  • 1 tsp
  • 1 c
    italian dressing
  • 2 c
  • 5 lb
    venison or beef roast

How to Make Shredded Italian Beef or Venison Sandwiches


  1. Mix together all ingredients, except the roast, in a bowl. Set aside.
  2. Put roast into crockpot.
  3. Pour mixture over roast.
  4. Cook on low in the crockpot for 8 hours.
  5. Remove the meat, shred it with forks and return to the crockpot for 30 minutes.
  6. Serve on hoagie buns.
