Ingredients
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon pepper
- 1 teaspoon oregano
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon basil
- 1 cup italian dressing
- 2 cups water
- 5 pounds venison or beef roast
How To Make shredded italian beef or venison sandwiches

Step 1Mix together all ingredients, except the roast, in a bowl. Set aside.

Step 2Put roast into crockpot.

Step 3Pour mixture over roast.

Step 4Cook on low in the crockpot for 8 hours.

Step 5Remove the meat, shred it with forks and return to the crockpot for 30 minutes.

Step 6Serve on hoagie buns.
