beef chuck roast
1 can(s)
french onion soup, condensed
1 can(s)
beef broth, campbell's not swanson
1 can(s)
beef consomme
1 Tbsp
beef bouillon
french or italian rolls

How to Make Shredded French Dip


  • 1Halve roast and place in a slow cooker.
  • 2Combine the soup, consomm√©, broth and boullion; pour over roast.
  • 3Cover and cook on low 6-8 hours or until meat is tender.
  • 4Remove meat and shred with two forks. Serve on rolls. Skim fat from cooking juices and serve as a dipping sauce.
