3 lbbeef chuck roast
1 can(s)french onion soup, condensed
1 can(s)beef broth, campbell's not swanson
1 can(s)beef consomme
1 Tbspbeef bouillon
8-10french or italian rolls
How to Make Shredded French Dip
- Halve roast and place in a slow cooker.
- Combine the soup, consommé, broth and boullion; pour over roast.
- Cover and cook on low 6-8 hours or until meat is tender.
- Remove meat and shred with two forks. Serve on rolls. Skim fat from cooking juices and serve as a dipping sauce.
