- 1 large onion, sliced
- 3 tablespoons oil
- 2 - serrano chiles
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup water
How To Make shredded beef for tacos

Step 1Brown meat & onion in oil.

Step 2Put into crock pot.

Step 3Use water to deglaze pan then put it all over meat into crock pot.

Step 4Cover & cook on low 6-8 hours.

Step 5Shred meat and serve on tortillas with lettuce, tomatoes, sour cream, ect.
