- BEEF
- 5 pounds chuck roast
- 1 cup beef broth
- 1 tablespoon each salt and chili powder
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- BBQ SAUCE
- 1 1/2 cups ketchup
- 1 bottle chili sauce
- 1/3 cup brown sugar
- 2 tablespoons each cider vinegar and worcestershire sauc
How To Make shredded bbq beef

Step 1Place the beef, broth, chili powder, salt and pepper in a slow cooker. Cook on low for 8 hours. Remove the meat and shred with two forks.

Step 2Mix the BBQ sauce ingredients together in a saucepan. Simmer until thick and bubbly. Mix in the shredded beef and serve on buns.
