Ingredients For shipwreck casserole

  • 1 lb
    ground beef
  • 1 md
    onion, sliced
  • 4 md
    potatoes, sliced
  • 1 can
    kidney beans, 15 1/2 oz. drained
  • 1 can
    tomato soup, 10 3/4 oz. undiluted
  • 1/2 tsp
    salt
  • 1/4 tsp
    pepper
  • 1 c
    shredded medium cheddar cheese or your favorite cheese

How To Make shipwreck casserole

  • 1
    Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Layer ingredients in casserole in order given. Cover & bake 1 1/2 hours. Remove cover and add shredded cheese on top and bake another 15 minutes.
