Ingredients
- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 medium onion, sliced
- 4 medium potatoes, sliced
- 1 can kidney beans, 15 1/2 oz. drained
- 1 can tomato soup, 10 3/4 oz. undiluted
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 1 cup shredded medium cheddar cheese or your favorite cheese
How To Make shipwreck casserole

Step 1Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Layer ingredients in casserole in order given. Cover & bake 1 1/2 hours. Remove cover and add shredded cheese on top and bake another 15 minutes.
