Serves 8
Ingredients
- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 teaspoon basil, dried
- 1/2 teaspoon marjorom
- 1/2 teaspoon groubd black pepper
- 3 medium potatoes sliced thinly
- 1 15 oz cans kidney beans drained
- 1 medium onion chopped
- 1 15 oz cans mexacan style tomatoes undrained
- - shredded jack cheese
How To Make shipwreak casserole by eddie

Step 1Brown ground beef, drain.

Step 2Add basil, marjoram, and black pepper.

Step 3Place in a lightly greased casserole dish.

Step 4Layer with thin sliced potatoes, can of drained kidney beans and the chopped onion.

Step 5Top with 1 can tomatoes undrained and sprinkle with jack cheese.

Step 6Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour take out of the oven sprinkle with more jack cheese put back in oven just until cheese melts. Serves 8

Step 7NOTE: when you slice the potatoes put them in salted water.
