Ingredients
- 1 - small onion, chopped
- 1 - garlic clove, minced
- 1/4 cup butter
- 2 cans golden mushroom soup, undiluted
- 3/4 cup sherry wine
- 1/2 cup water
- 3-4 pounds chuck roast, cubed
How To Make sherried beef

Step 1In a skillet, saute onion and garlic in butter.

Step 2Add soup, sherry and water and simmer 1 minute.

Step 3Put cubed beef in a lightly greased large baking pan and pour soup mixture on top.

Step 4Cover and bake at 325 degrees for 3 hours.

Step 5Serve over noodles or rice.
