Ingredients

1 pound ground beef
1 small chopped onion
2 packages brown gravy mix
1 cup water
1 - small can of corn or mixed veggies (whatever is your favs)
1 jar sliced mushrooms
1 package (2 cup) cheddar cheese
- mashed potatoes (i prefer homemade or instant would work)

How To Make shepherd's pie

Step 1

brown ground beef and saute onion together in a skillet, combine with gravy mix and water following directions on mix...layer in bottom of (9x13) sheet cake pan - bottom layer

Step 2

layer 2-add all veggies next
Step 3

layer 3-spread thick layer of mashed potatoes
Step 4

layer 4-add cheddar cheese on top, bake @ 350 degrees appx 25/30 minutes until cheese is lightly browned and bubbly
