Ingredients
- 4-5 large potatoes
- - salt
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 1 dash milk
- - pepper to taste
- 1 pound lean ground beef
- 1 large tomato, chopped
- 6 - mushrooms, sliced
- 2 tablespoons parsley, chopped
- 1 tablespoon tomato paste
- 1 dash worcestershire sauce
- 1 cup brown gravy
- 1 package frozen peas
How To Make shepherd's pie

Step 1Cook potatoes in salted water to cover.

Step 2Drain, cool and peel.

Step 3Mash in large bowl with butter, milk and season to taste with salt and pepper.

Step 4Set aside.

Step 5Saute beef until browned, stirring to keep meat crumbly.

Step 6Season to taste with salt and pepper.

Step 7Add tomatoes, mushrooms, parsley, tomato paste, worcestershire and gravy.

Step 8Stir to mix.

Step 9Add peas and cook about 5 minutes.

Step 10Turn mixture into casserole.

Step 11Spread potatoes evenly over meat.

Step 12Bake at 400 degrees 40 minutes until top is crispy brown.
