My Shepherds Pie is a bit different. I don't use soup in mine. Corn is the only veggie. My family loves it!!

Ingredients
- 1 pound lean ground beef or turkey
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- - salt and pepper to taste
- 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 can whole kernel corn or whatever veggies you like
- MASHED POTATOES
- - potatoes to make mashed potatoes
- 1 cup sour cream or prepared ranch dip
- 1 stick butter
- 1/2 cup parmesan cheese
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 2 teaspoons garlic powder
- - salt & pepper to taste
- - add milk if needed
How To Make shepherds pie

Step 1Brown hamburger with onions, garlic, salt & pepper. (Boil potatoes while preparing hamburger)

Step 2Prepare potatoes with above ingredients. Set aside.

Step 3Using a 9x13 baking dish, place hamburger meat on the bottom, then corn and mashed potatoes on top and then cheddar cheese.

Step 4bake 350F for 30-40 minutes.
