Ingredients
- 2 pounds hamburger meat or ground sirloin
- 1 large onion chopped
- 1 cup mozzarella cheese, low-fat
- 1 cup mashed potatoes
- 1/2 can tomato soup
- 1/2 teaspoon sea salt
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
- 1 large egg
- 1/3 cup milk
- 1 tablespoon worcestershire sauce

Step 1Mix hamburger meat with onion, salt, pepper, egg, milk, Worcestershire Sauce 1/2 can of tomato soup.

Step 2Mix in cheese and mashed potatoes. Mix well and scoop into non stick muffin pan, and bake 30 minutes.
