Ingredients
- 4 cups tortilla chips of choice, i used nacho cheese doritos
- 1 pound ground beef
- 3 cups shredded colby jack cheese
- 1 cup heavy cream more or less for consistency
- 1 tablespoon cajun seasoning
- shredded lettuce
- chopped tomatoes
- sliced seeded jalapeno pepper
- red onion sliced
- fresh cilantro
- black olives
- favorite salsa
- sour cream for serving
How To Make sheet pan cajun nacho's

Step 1Preheat the oven 350 degrees Place the chips on a large sheet pan. Brown the ground beef and season with Cajun seasoning drain. Sprinkle the beef over the chips.

Step 2Place cheese in a saucepan. Add the heavy cream. Cook until the cheese is melted and the sauce is creamy. Pour over the beef. Place the nachos in the oven for 5 minutes until the chips are warmed.

Step 3Remove from the oven and top with assorted toppings of choice. Serve with sour cream.
