Ingredients
- 1 pound lean ground beef
- 2 tablespoons dried onions, minced
- 1 can rotel diced tomatoes and green chilies (10 oz.)
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup (10.75 oz.)
- 2 cans pinto beans, not drained (15.5 oz.)
- 16 - white corn tortillas ( broken into 4ths)
- 1 package taco seasoning mix (mild) 1.5 oz.
- 2 cups shredded, sharp cheese
- 2 teaspoons minced garlic
How To Make sharon's mexican casserole

Step 1Brown ground beef in large skillet, crumble and add dried onions and garlic. Add the tomatoes, can soup, beans and Taco Seasoning Mix.

Step 2In a 9 X 13 pan, put 1/2 the crumbled tortillas, then 1/2 the meat mixture----then a layer of tortillas and meat mixture.

Step 3Bake in 400 degree oven for 30 minutes. Take out and sprinkle with cheese and bake 5 more minutes.
