  • 1 pound lean ground beef
  • 1 package mccormick chili seasoning mild
  • 1 can ranch style beans western style large
  • 1 can rotel mild
  • 1 cup water

How To Make shannon's chili

  • Step 1
Brown ground Beef in large "fryer" Skillet (Deep Sides). *Use lean ground beef for the best result. While beef is cooking, sprinkle package of chili seasonings on meat. Mix well while continuing to brown ground beef.
  • Step 2
Once beef is cooked, add one Large Can of Ranch style Beans (Western Style) *Do not drain* to the beef mixture. Add one can of ROTEL *do not drain*. Add one cup of water. Mix thoroughly. Bring to a boil, stirring occasionally.

Once Chili has boiled for a few minutes, reduce heat to medium-low and cook for a remaining 30-35 minutes. Stir occasionally. The Chili is then placed on simmer until ready to serve.
  • Step 4
Garnish your bowl with your favorites, cheese, crackers, sour cream, peppers..ENJOY! Feeds about 4 Adults. Chili is always better the next day. Make sure you place in sealed container and refrigerate after cooling.
