    seasoned salt

  • 1/4 tsp
  • 1 tsp
    dried minced onions
  • 1 1/3 lb
  • 3/4 to 1 c

How to Make Seasoned Meat


  1. In a small bowl mis together all of the ingredients except the meat and water. Stir the spice mixture well making sure that all the spices have been blended.
  2. Crumble the ground beef into a frying pan and brown the meat, stirring well. Remove the meat from the heat, place the meat into a sieve and rinse it with hot water and drain the water and grease from the meat.
    Return the beef to the pan and add the spice mix.
  3. Add water to the found beef and seasoning and simmer on medium-low heat for 20 mins until most of the moisture has cooked away. Remove from heat when the moisture in the meat has dissipated but the meat is not dry.
