Ingredients
- 2 cans tomatoes and chiles
- 4 cans chili beans hot
- 2 packages taco seasoning mix
- 4 tablespoons ground cumin seasoning
- 2 pounds ground beef
- 1 small onions, small white chopped
- 3 cups mild chedder cheese, grated
- 2 cans cream of mushroom soup
- 1 package tortillas, flour 8-10
How To Make scrumptiously stupendous taco casserole

Step 1Brown ground beef in a skillet adding chopped onions half through cooking. Rinse meat with hot water and set aside. Mix all other ingredients except cheese into pot and add ground beef. Stir well over med heat and cook until beans are soft. Preheat oven at 400 degrees. Layer the bottom of a 9x13 inch pan with tortilla shells and then add a layer of mixture and 1 cup of cheese. Continue these steps 2 more times or until mixture is gone. Bake until hot and cheese is melted. I have altered this recipe with corn chips instead of shells. Also you can add 1 cup of sour cream to mixture. This dish goes great with Mexican rice and will feed a large family with BIG appetites. This is well tested since I have 6 people in my family and 4 are males with huge and picky appetites. Enjoy
