  • 1/2 pound hamburg
  • 1 - egg
  • 1 - heal of bread (or 2 middle slices)
  • 4 - shakes of montreal steak seasoning
  • 5 dashes minced onion
  • OMELET
  • 2 - eggs
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1/4 cup peppers, diced
  • 1/4 cup broccoli, chopped
  • 2 pinches black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • - olive oil
  • OTHER THINGS YOU'LL NEED
  • - tortilla wraps
  • - bacon
  • - cheese

How To Make scrambled bacon cheeseburger wrap

  • Step 1
    Preheat your oven to 300*
  • Step 2
Fry up your bacon and set aside. KEEP THE PAN WITH THE BACON GREASE, but set aside as well.
  • Step 3
Rip your piece of "heal" bread into pieces. Combine all of the ingredients for your burger and mold into patties. Set these patties into your bacon pan and cook until your desired doneness. When they are done you can put the burgers to the side.
  • Step 4
Use your olive oil to fry up the broccoli and peppers on medium heat until they are half way done.
  • Step 5
Scramble together the eggs, milk and black pepper.
  • Step 6
Introduce the eggs and butter to the vegetables and cook thoroughly on high heat.
  • Step 7
Lay your tortillas on pieces of foil large enough to roll the wrap into. Cut the burgers into strips and lay them down in the center of the tortillas.
  • Step 8
Take half of the scrambled eggs and lay them on top of each burger.
  • Step 9
Place your cheese on top of the egg.
  • Step 10
Then the bacon on top of the cheese.
  • Step 11
Wrap the tortilla tightly (you might want to microwave for 10 seconds with a damp paper towel to roll easier) and then roll the tortilla in foil and cook in the oven for 20 minutes.
  • Step 12
Enjoy your wrap fresh out of the oven! You can even top it with things you like....such as ketchup or lettuce. Even your omelets can be whatever veggies you have in the fridge!
