Ingredients
- 1 box prepared scalloped potatoes
- 13 ounces packaged beef smoked sausage ring
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 1 medium green pepper, chopped
- 2 cups boiling water
- 2/3 cup milk
- 1 tablespoon butter or margarine
How To Make scalloped potatoes with smoked sausage

Step 1In a skillet, saute' onion and green pepper in butter.

Step 2Prepare potatoes as per instructions on box, using a 3 quart casserole dish. Cut sausage into 1/2" pieces, add to potato mixture. Add saute'd onions and green peppers. Mix well.

Step 3Bake uncovered in 400 F oven for about 30 minutes or until top is golden brown and potatoes are tender. Sauce will thicken as it stands. Stir before serving. Refrigerate leftovers
