    3 lbs. spareribs
  • ·
    4 tbsp. vinegar or lemon juice
  • ·
    12 oz. beer
  • ·
    4 tbsp. mustard
  • ·
    4 tbsp. steak sauce
  • ·
    2 tbsp. tabasco sauce
  • ·
    4 tbsp. molasses

How to Make Savoy Spareribs

Step-by-Step

  1. Cut sparerbs into serving pieces - one or two ribs
    and put in a shallow baking pan.
  2. Combine remaining ingredients and pour over ribs.
  3. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour or until done.
