  • - 3 lbs. spareribs
  • - 4 tbsp. vinegar or lemon juice
  • - 12 oz. beer
  • - 4 tbsp. mustard
  • - 4 tbsp. steak sauce
  • - 2 tbsp. tabasco sauce
  • - 4 tbsp. molasses

How To Make savoy spareribs

  • Step 1
    Cut sparerbs into serving pieces - one or two ribs and put in a shallow baking pan.
  • Step 2
    Combine remaining ingredients and pour over ribs.
  • Step 3
    Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour or until done.
