- 3 lbs. spareribs
- 4 tbsp. vinegar or lemon juice
- 12 oz. beer
- 4 tbsp. mustard
- 4 tbsp. steak sauce
- 2 tbsp. tabasco sauce
- 4 tbsp. molasses
How to Make Savoy Spareribs
- 1Cut sparerbs into serving pieces - one or two ribs
and put in a shallow baking pan.
- 2Combine remaining ingredients and pour over ribs.
- 3Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour or until done.
