- 1 pound round steak
- 4 medium potatoes, peeled and quartered
- 1/3 cup flour
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 large onion, sliced
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 3 tablespoons shortening
How To Make savory skillet meal

Step 1Cut meat into bite size pieces for serving.

Step 2Season with salt, dip in flour.

Step 3Brown in shortening in skillet.

Step 4Place vegetables over top of meat,then add mushroom soup.

Step 5Cover and keep mixture on medium high until steam escapes freely.

Step 6Turn to simmer and cook 50 minutes longer and serve.
