potatoes, peeled and quartered
cream of mushroom soup
1Cut meat into bite size pieces for serving.
2Season with salt, dip in flour.
3Brown in shortening in skillet.
4Place vegetables over top of meat,then add mushroom soup.
5Cover and keep mixture on medium high until steam escapes freely.
6Turn to simmer and cook 50 minutes longer and serve.
