How to Make Savory Onion Meatloaf
- Preheat oven to 350. Combine all ingredients in a large bowl. You can substitute egg beaters for the eggs and add salt and pepper to your taste. I like to add a few pinches of garlic pepper and minced onions. You can never have enough onions!
- Shape into loaf and place in pan.
- Bake uncovered for 1 hour or until done. Let stand for 15 minutes.
