savory onion meatloaf
My personal recipe for good old fashioned meatloaf. It always comes out so juicy and melt in your mouth good. I always serve this with Sour Cream and Chives Scalloped Potatoes.

Ingredients
- 2 pounds lean ground beef
- 1 package lipton's onion soup mix
- 3/4 cup stove top stuffing mix
- 2 large eggs
- 3/4 cup water
- 1 dash worcestershire sauce
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce, low sodium
How To Make savory onion meatloaf

Step 1Preheat oven to 350. Combine all ingredients in a large bowl. You can substitute egg beaters for the eggs and add salt and pepper to your taste. I like to add a few pinches of garlic pepper and minced onions. You can never have enough onions!

Step 2Shape into loaf and place in pan.

Step 3Bake uncovered for 1 hour or until done. Let stand for 15 minutes.
