flour tortillas

How to Make Savory Island Fajitas


  • 1Pour pineapple juice over flank steak in non-metallic dish.
  • 2Cover; marinate 30 minutes in refrigerator.
  • 3Discard marinade.
  • 4Grill or broil steak with peppers, onion for 15 minutes for medium rare or until vegetables are tender.
  • 5Divide steak and vegetables and cheese among 4 (8 inch) flour tortilla.
  • 6Roll up.
