This is a tried and true recipe from my Grandmas kitchen!!! We are all sauerkraut lovers and my Great Aunt~ Bless her Soul made the best homemade sauerkraut!!!

Ingredients

  • SAUERKRAUT CASSEROLE

How To Make sauerkraut casserole- iowa style!!!

  • Step 1
    2lbs. ground beef
  • Step 2
    2 cans Franks Sauerkraut
  • Step 3
    2 cans cream of mushroom soup
  • Step 4
    Gr. Pepper and Onion diced use amount you like to add
  • Step 5
    6 cups egg noodles, uncooked
  • Step 6
    Brown gr. beef with onions and gr. pepper. Add soup, undrained sauerkraut and dry egg noodles, mix all together and put into a 9x13 greased pan. Bake 350 degrees for 1 hour.
