This is a tried and true recipe from my Grandmas kitchen!!! We are all sauerkraut lovers and my Great Aunt~ Bless her Soul made the best homemade sauerkraut!!!

Ingredients

How to Make SauerKraut Casserole- Iowa Style!!!

Step-by-Step

  1. 2lbs. ground beef
  2. 2 cans Franks Sauerkraut
  3. 2 cans cream of mushroom soup
  4. Gr. Pepper and Onion diced use amount you like to add
  5. 6 cups egg noodles, uncooked
  6. Brown gr. beef with onions and gr. pepper. Add soup, undrained sauerkraut and dry egg noodles, mix all together and put into a 9x13 greased pan. Bake 350 degrees for 1 hour.
