Ingredients
- 1 pound ground chuck
- 1/2 pound ground pork
- 1/2 cup finely chopped onion
- 3/4 cup fine dry bread crumbs
- 1 tablespoon fresh parsley
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/8 teaspoon pepper
- 1/4 to 1/2 teaspoon caraway seeds
- 1 teaspoon worcestershire sauce
- 1 large egg, beaten
- 1/2 cup milk
- 2-3 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 1 can (27 oz.) sauerkraut, undrained
- - additional parsley
How To Make sauer kraut & meatballs

Step 1Combine the first eleven ingredients in a large bowl; shape into 18 meatballs. Brown meatballs in a large skillet in hot oil. Remove and drain.

Step 2Place the sauerkraut in the skillet and top with the meatballs.

Step 3Cover and simmer for 15-20 minutes or until the meatballs are cooked through. Add water, if necessary. Sprinkle with parsley and serve.
