How to Make Saucy Oven-Barbecued Steaks
- Trim excess fat from steak,and cut into serving-pieces.Heat oil in a large skillet;add steak,and brown on both sides.Transfer steak to a 2-quart shallow baking dish.
- Combine remaining ingredients,stirring well;pour over steak.Cover and bake at 325*F.for 11/2 hours or until tender
