Ingredients For saucy mini loaves

1 lblean ground beef

1/3 ctomato, chopped

3 Tbspmilk

1/2 ccucumber, chopped

1/8 tsppepper

1/8 tspnutmeg

3/4 tspsalt

1/4 conion, chopped

1 lgegg
-
1/4 cmilk
-
10.75 ozcream of mushroom soup

1/2 ccracker crumbs
-
1/2 csour cream
How To Make saucy mini loaves

1Heat the oven to 350.

2Mix the meat, cracker crumbs, 1/2 cup of the soup, 1/4 cup of the milk, the egg, onion and seasonings together.

3Press the mixture into 12 ungreased muffin cups.

4Bake for about 30 to 35 minutes.

5In the meantime, in a small saucepan, heat the remaining soup the cucumber and 3 tablespoons of milk to boiling, stirring frequently.

6Reduce the heat and stir in the tomato and sour cream.

7Heat just to boiling, stirring constantly then remove from the heat and spoon over the unmolded mini-loaves.

8NOTE: If you use regular hamburger put the muffin tin on a cookie/jelly-roll pan to catch any of the juices that run over.
