Always liked this recipe. It is premeasured so to say and you know exactly how many you can serve without guessing. I have changed a little by using the meatloaf mixture rather than just beef as I did way back when. Makes a little more loaves and gives a slightly different taste.

Ingredients
- 1 1/2 pounds ground beef
- 3/4 clove old fashioned oat meal
- 1 1/2 teaspoons salt
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 1/4 cup finely chopped onions
- 1 - egg beaten
- 3/4 cup milk
- TOPPING
- 1/3 cup catsup
- 1 teaspoon brown sugar, firmly packed
- 1 teaspoon prepared mustard
How To Make saucy little loaves

Step 1Combine all except topping ingredients and mix well. Shape into 6 hand-size football shaped loaves. Place on baking pan just large enough to hold these. Mix the topping ingredients and add the last 10 mins to slightly carmelize and begin to smell really good. Bake 35 mins. @350. Let rest 5 mins before serving.
